I'd like to maintain libetebase in Factory and the network project might be an okay fit as the devel/feeder project, but I'm new to this so I'm not completely sure.

libetebase is a shared library written in rust, exposing a C API. The library implements an end-to-end-encryption protocol used for syncing calendars, notes and todos across devices. See website for more info (https://www.etesync.com). There exists a plugin for Evolution, and there's also an upstream KDE Pim plugin. The KDE Pim plugin is currently not actually packaged as part of kdepim-runtime for Tumbleweed since libetebase, which it requires, is not packaged for Tumbleweed. The KDE Pim team has requested we (the etesync community) get libetebase into Tumbleweed so that they can keep maintaining the etesync kdepim-runtime plugin. For the last few years, we've packaged libetebase and the integration plugins via my home project here on OBS.

If the network project is the wrong place for this, I'd be very grateful for tips for where to try submitting it next. So far I've tried the KDE project and devel:libraries:c_c++, both of which declined accepting libetebase as they felt that it didn't fit into their OBS projects. I'm not sure where else to try if it's not a good fit for network either. Someone on IRC suggested server:mail, but that feels a bit weird too.
