* Changed writing to a TCP socket to re-attempt the write when
the initial attempt is incomplete.
- Update to version 2.5.0
* Removed the ipfixDump application which is now part of the
fixbuf-tools package.
* Added the ability to specify the source IP address an exporter
will bind to.
- Use %ldconfig_scriptlets macro.
