0dc126327c - Update to 1.55: 
* Rewrite the extended length path handling under Windows. [T5754]
  * Add new test commands to the gpg-error tool. Allow command w/o
    dashes and reformat the help. [rEc002490a8f]
  * Silence warning from gcc 15. [T7621]
