- Update to version 1.0.3:
+ Enhancements:
- C++ interface
- Remove 1 multiply by samples (when not using
upsampling/downsampling feature)
- Declare liblc3 as dependency in meson (helps using as meson
subproject)
- Make encoder/decoder states relocatable
+ Improve portability:
- Enable -pedantic compilation flag
- Remove VLA to support compilation with MSVC
- Remove use of deprecated int numpy attribute
+ Fixes: Fix undefined behaviors on integer shifting
