+  + Updated '--connect' arguments to allow specifying "key=value"
+    pairs. The old legacy "[(APN), (PAP|CHAP|MSCHAPV2), (Username),

+  + mbimcli:
+    - Longer timeouts for connect/register operations.
+    - Report IP configuration when connected.
