Relax Requires in libnl3-devel: speilcke wants libnl3-devel: Requires:
%lname=%version, though it conflicts with e.g. Fedora Packaging
Guidelines which demands %version-%release (and since openSUSE
Packaging Guidelines are copied from there, that may have relevance).
Dunno.
