Submit libpulp to devel:tools Libpulp is a framework that enables userspace live patching. It is composed of a library per se and a collection of tools used in the preparation of live-patchable libraries and in the application of live patches to running processes. Libpulp is already available on SLE-15 since SP4 (see SUSE:SLE-15-SP4:Update).
