- update to 1.26.8:
  * libqmi-glib:
    + Fix proxy segfault when accessing length of NULL GArray.
    + Add "Release USSD" indication to Basic collection.
  * qmicli:
    + Fix element types used in "NAS Get Cell Location Info".
  * Several other minor improvements and fixes.
