Accepting request 1178543 from X11:LXQt

- Removed %{buildroot}%{_sysconfdir}/xdg/*.conf
  * Conflicts with libQt6Xdg4, as both packages cannot provide
    identical conf files, libQt5Xdg won't ever be installed
    on it's own, with LXQt >= 2.0
- Specfile Cleanup
