swapped ldB and ldC so having ldB > ldC could lead to a

|

with RSB_FLAG_UNIT_DIAG_IMPLICIT could have computed wrong

results.

with order==RSB_FLAG_WANT_ROW_MAJOR_ORDER and auto leading
