librttopo-1.1.0.tar.gz /home/go/co/1216995/librttopo/librttopo-1.1.0.tar.gz differ: byte 12, line 1
ERROR: download_files is configured to fail when the upstream file is different than the committed file... this is the case!

- tar file and 41.patch were not binary identical with upstream version: fix
- remove utf8 quotes in spec file 
- use %make_build and %autosetup in spec file
