- Ensure pkgconfig symbols are provided

- Remove redundant tags/sections per specfile guideline suggestions
- Parallel building using %_smp_mflags
- Make pkgconfig provides available
- Add patch to work around compilation problems on SLES11SP1

- Update to version 0.5.2
