Renaming package based on the comments from the declined request 732162: * The package name should follow the upstream name (Package Naming Guideline) * The versioned library package should be a `%package` within that (Shared Library Packaging Guideline) This is because when the SO version changes, you would have to make a new package with the SLPP scheme, only a section of an existing .spec needs updating. Using a version in the name directly (like done in this request) is generally used only when a fixed (=static/unchanging) version/generation is added that is not necessarily the most-recent version. (for example "ffmpeg-2"). I hope this makes sense. OBS-URL: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/733216 OBS-URL: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:terminals/libv3270?expand=0&rev=1
