7e6ba802d4 - update to 0.3.1: 
* Fix rare leak of DSO in module_load
  * Turn off -Wcast-function-type
  * Work around libev not being c89-compliant
  * Minor release bumps for verto_cleanup()
  * Leak fixes
  * Enforce strict c89 compliance for portability
  * Many warning fixes
  * Fix memleak in libverto:vfree
  * Update mutex usage to improve debugging
  * Add verto_cleanup() to free loaded_modules
  * Make C99 requirement explicit

1b50215649 Accepting request 395983 from home:mlin7442:branches:network 
for some reason, we have to move libverto to Ring0, however brings glib2 and tevent stack to Ring0 is too huge, therefore, I'd like to split off modules to sub-pacakge. If this submission got accepted, please create linked sub-package in network. Thanks.
