- Update to libvirt 3.0.0
  - Many incremental improvements and bug fixes, see
    http://libvirt.org/news.html
  - Add b018ada3-shunloadtest-build-fix.patch to fix 'make check'
    failures
  - Add qemu-disable-namespaces.patch to temporarily disable
    qemu namespace feature until all issues are resolved
