88165cabf4 Accepting request 1172450 from home:favogt:branches:system:install:head 
- Switch from yast2-country (getcountrydata.rb) to python-langtable
  (getcountrydata.py). Effective changes:
  * Remove writing to /etc/sysconfig/{console,keyboard}
  * Remove CONSOLE_SCREENMAP, CONSOLE_UNICODEMAP, CONSOLE_MAGIC
    and RC_LC_MESSAGES
  * Uses different keyboard layouts and console fonts for some locales
  * Drops the file extension from CONSOLE_FONT
- Relicense to GPL-3.0-or-later

0388fcddeb - Simplify code: 
* Remove remaining support for non-UTF-8
  * Don't set the X11 keymap, localectl does that already with the
    same mapping table
  * Remove YAST_KEYBOARD, not used

- Add new method of invocation for jeos-firstboot
- Try to overwrite existing values in vconsole.conf
- Don't write _NOT countries into zypp/RequestedLocales
- Add sysconfig handling back
- Ignore suffix on passed locale
- Call set-keymap after set-x11-keymap
- Restart of systemd-vconsole-setup is not necessary
