- Update to llvm 3.8.0

- Fold lldb build into llvm and disable python support
- Drop clang-disable-ada-extension.patch, libcxxabi-exceptions.patch
  and cmake-host-triple.patch
- Add revert-cmake-soname.patch to fix soname handling
