- Update to version 16.0.5. * This release contains bug-fixes for the LLVM 16.0.0 release. This release is API and ABI compatible with 16.0.0. - Rebase patches: * llvm-do-not-install-static-libraries.patch * llvm-remove-clang-only-flags.patch - Enable ThinLTO on riscv64.
