This revision fix the luarocks-admin link, as it was previously pointing to luarocks instead of luarocks-admin, and thus not working properly. The luarocks-admin CLI has only a few commands such as "make-manifest", and these are not available in the default luarocks CLI. These commands may be required when building a new package and since "luarocks make-manifest" errors, it would not work.
