Accepting request 69785 from home:elvigia:branches:Base:System

- Update to version 2.05 
 * Converted the configure system to non-recursive Automake.
 * Applied some overdue speed optimizations for modern x86/x64 architectures
   and current compilers like gcc 4.6 and MSVC 2010.
