Lars Vogdt a152bff1f7 - explicitely require perl(RRDs) module ...

- changes in /etc/sysconfig/mailgraph:
  + enable statfile
  + default log format switched to rsyslog long time ago
- split out mailgraph-apache subpackage, containing apache dependency
  and cgi files (mailgraph works without it)
