- add mariadb-10.2.10.tar.gz.sig signature and mariadb.keyring files
- start building without client library part, use
mariadb-connector-c for getting libmariadb libraries. Remove
libmysclient* packages
- remove baselibs.conf because we no longer build client libraries
here
- update %{soname} to 19 (libmysqld soname)
