- Initial packaging of a bootstrap version of maven-plugin-plugin
  version 3.5.1
- Added patch:
  * maven-plugin-plugin-bootstrap-resouces.patch
    + Add to the build pre-generated resources that need, in a
      circular way, maven and maven-plugin-plugin for their
      generation.
