- mdadm.spec: change calling of mkinitrd to use the
%regenerate_initrd_{post,posttrans} macros to optimise
initrd regeneration. (bnc#881780)
- new upstream release 3.3.1, incorporates all current patches
and includes assorted other minor fixes.

make sure mdadm-grow-continue.service is installed properly.
- remove mkinitrd files, we now use dracut
