Sync with FACTORY

  • update to version 2.4.0:
    • Improved desktop environment integration
    • The new "Exec Editor" makes editing command arguments easier
    • Help dialogs replace the wall-of-text tooltips
    • Separators are displayed in the sidebar again
    • Numerous UX tweaks make MenuLibre easier on the eyes
  • use the pyproject macros, as using python install is going to be
    deprecated
