  * binutils-2.42-option-high-entry-va.patch
- Update to version 2.45.1
- Update mingw32-binutils.keyring

My last request "fixed" the broken gc-section by disabling the function. Upstream has provided patches to fix the feature.

The source project includes a bootstrap of the core mingw with that patches, if you want to check the result.

This request updates 2 spec files and there are only two spec files.

In contrast to thw win64, mingw32-cross-binutils links to the previous version of mingw32-binutils. After accepting this request, it should link to the current version.
I'm not quite sure, how to submit the correct change for mingw32-cross-binutils.
