- allow plugins to open files in /etc/monitoring-plugins/

(Apparmor profiles in /etc/apparmor.d/)
- add README files for check_ping and check_ntp_time
- enhance all README files with Apparmor information
- whitespace and some spelling fixes on check_cups
- added debug option to check_cups
