- update to version 4.36
  * remove support for OS/2
  * remove support for Unixware, Bsdi, old AIX, old HPUX9 & scoos
  * remove support for Windows 16 bit
  * renamed the prwin16.h header to prwin.h
  * configure was updated from 2.69 to 2.71
  * various build, test and automation script fixes
  * major parts of the source code were reformatted
