mpfr_setsign, mpfr_copysign, mpfr_get_patches.
* Improved testsuite.
* Bug fixes.
- Rename shared library package to libmfpr1 according to policy.
- Move AUTHORS and NEWS to mpfr-devel package.
- Package COPYING.LIB.
- Do not package CVS ChangeLog and README files.
