  * 11-dm-mpath.rules: import more ID_FS_xxx vars from db

  * 11-dm-mpath.rules: handle new maps with READY==0
  * 11-dm-mpath.rules: don't set READY->ACTIVATION
  * 11-dm-mpath.rules: Remember DM_ACTIVATION
