    * Fixed: Broken link targets with percent signs

      (with patch numbers > 255)
    * Fixed: Icon scale being way too small
    * Fixed: Make hiding UI elements (in custom layout) persistent
      again
    * Fixed: Resolve log text scaling issues
  - Server
    * Fixed: Fix versions being transmitted incorrectly
      (with patch numbers > 255)
- Add BuildRequires pcre2-devel for openSUSE Leap, fixes building
