6045cf0e95 Accepting request 1266943 from science 
- Remove support for gnu-hpc build flavors (bsc#1239982).

- do not own the includedir - it comes from the filesystem package
- Add build support for gcc8/9/10 to HPC build (bsc#1174439).
- Update to version 4.3.1, (jsc#SLE-9959), see changes at:
  currently on BE (bsc#1091474).

a28f36e4c7 Accepting request 412418 from science 
This is a set of updated, modern C++ bindings for the netcdf4 library (which is already in openSUSE:Factory).  Currently the older, deprecated bindings (netcdf-cxx) are in openSUSE:Factory.  These are incompatible with the old versions, but due to a different library name do not conflict.
