case where matching maxval is required, i.e. the user specified
-firstisdefault or -missingcolor.
* ppmhist: sort secondarily by RGB with -sort=frequency, so
output is repeatable.
* pnmcolormap: Add -splitpix, -splitcol, -splitdim.
