- New sysconfig variables

NFS4_SERVER_MINOR_VERSION, GSSD_OPTIONS,
   NFS_GSSD_AVOID_DNS
  to enable various configurations.
- bug fixes to init scripts to avoid unmounting everything(!)
  and to avoid corrupting /run/nfs/bind.mounts
