Accepting request 953010 from home:StefanBruens:branches:science - Split bindings into separate build, to avoid the octave (and thus Java, Qt5, ...) dependency. Accepting request 954742 from home:badshah400:branches:science - Build for all supported python flavours. - Edit flavor names so that auto-generated python packages are called pythonXY-nlopt and not pythonXY-nlopt-bindings; no-name flavor now builds the bindings, while "main" flavor builds the main C/C++ library and devel package.
