    ntfs-3g: Ignore the sloppy mount option (-s)
    ntfs-3g: Implemented FITRIM (fstrim) ioctl
    ntfs-3g: Reengineered the compression algorithm

Add patch to mount ntfs partitions with Windows metadata cache in read-only mode. This makes dual booting with Windows 8 while Fastboot is enabled secure (needed for openSUSE 12.3).
