- update to 2.7.3 (bugfixes and new devices support)

- refreshed patches:
  * nut-notifyflag.patch: rename of upsmon.conf.sample.in
  * nut-preconfig.patch: rename of upsmon.conf.sample.in
  * nut-systemd-dirs.patch: refresh to 2.7.3
- changed keyring to new key 55CA5976 (Arnaud Quette <arnaud.quette@free.fr>)
