Syncing with SLE12 open-iscsi:
- Install ibft-rule-generator (bnc#880336)

- iscsi.service: do not logout from all sessions during shutdown
  (bnc#880338)
- iscsid.service: Fixup dependencies (bnc#880338)

- iscsi_offload: do not print error messages for be2iscsi
  be2iscsi HBAs display the firmware settings in
  /sys/firmware/iscsi_boot1 and only provide a subset
  of the iBFT settings (bnc#876137)
