Accepting request 1163141 from home:sbradnick
- Adjusting %{_tmpfilesdir}/wslg.conf to be provided by a new package
named patterns-wsl-tmpfiles which is required by patterns-wsl-systemd
* WSL uses '/etc/zypp/zypp.conf:solver.onlyRequires = true' by default
