- Update to version 3.5.5
  * Better decoding of AER capability.
  * "Slot Implemented" flag is decoded for PCI/PCI-X to PCIe bridges.
  * Minor fixes of decoding other capabilities.
  * As usual, updated pci.ids to the current snapshot of the
    database.
- cleanup with spec-cleaner
- switch from ftp to https
- track signature
