consumer of munge authentication has been Slurm. Slurm can now be used without it, therefore, it is a good time to start phasing it out. `mrsh` has been a 'drop-in' replacement for `rsh`, `pdsh` is perfectly capable of using `ssh` and we may assume that this is the preferred way to use a parallel shell today. - Do not build Slurm support for s390x and i586: Slurm no longer builds for s390x or 32bit.
