-> update to wxWidgets 3.0, beyond others this removes the gstreamer 0.10 dependency
-> use nostl, as perl-Wx is not buildable with the STL variant

      - add support for wxWidgets 3.0.1 and 3.0.2
      - make default wxWidgets 3.0.2
