- updated to 1.77 see /usr/share/doc/packages/perl-DateTime-Format-Strptime/Changes 1.77 2020-02-29 * When the parsed string contained an invalid time zone offset (parsed with "%z") like "-9999", the error handling set in the parser's constructor was ignored and an exception was always thrown.
