* Fixed typo in an APP12 tag name
* API Changes:
+ Structured values returned as HASH references with the Struct
option may contain a new "_ordered_keys_" entry used to
preserve the order of the entries
+ Added the OrderedKeys method to return the ordered or sorted
keys from a returned structure value
