Lars Vogdt 174cc8777e - update to 1.60: ...

+ removed Pod::Checker and Pod::Usage from this distribution - they 
    are now separate distros and are subjects to be refactored
  + fix CPAN#74271: Pod::Parser should not flag L<text|hyperlink>
- add version string to binaries to avoid file conflicts with 
  integrated perl versions
