The --enable-mysqlnd configure option must be passed to all build variants, otherwise the mysqli and pdo-mysql extensions will only work in CLI php. Drop two additions from the php-systemd-unit.patch as these make restarting the php-fpm.service very slow. Add --with-fpm-user and --with-fpm-group to fpm target to allow smooth migration from Apache mod_php to FPM.

Packaging the pdo_firebird extension in the pdo extension creates a hard dependency on libfbclient for all pdo extensions. Also unceremoniously dropping the php7-firebird extension will disrupt updates, since it is neither provided or obsoleted by any of the remaining packages. Keeping it in a separate php7-package like before will fix this.

There a quite a number of configure options that are obsolete (some were removed in 5.4.0 already), most notably the three that were removed in the fastcgi target.

In 7.4.0 several parameters had their option to supply a directory removed while some others changed from --enable-<option> to --with-<option> or vice versa.

The --enable-hash and --with-png(-dir) are always enabled now and no longer configurable.
