- Remove plymouth-only_use_fb_for_cirrus_bochs.patch: Bochs and cirrus
DRM drivers are fully compatible with plymouth. Remove the workaround
that forces them to use fbdev. Resolves the blank screen after disabling
fbdev interfaces.(bsc#1232727)
- Set BOOT_TTY and SHUTDOWN_TTY to pre-Meson values. With Meson, the
values BOOT_TTY and SHUTDOWN_TTY lose their defaults. As the given
value of tty1 is not a full path name, plymouth fails to find the file
and falls back to serial output. Restoring the _TTY defaults to
/dev/tty1 and /dev/tty7 also restores graphics output. (bsc#1224150)

Disable plymouth-systemd-KillMode-mixed.patch: Temporary disable it, because aarch64 and ppc64le system could not booting in release period, and this is only a enhancement with no harm to rollback (bnc#1177082, bnc#1182145, bnc#1184087).

a noop.
One aspect of being active, though is having ownership and

unconditionally, since some display server is about to use
the tty.

Update to the latest version. This addresses some of the indications from end-users where plymouth did not start with the right KMS setup. This was tested and the new version resolves this. (described in bnc#769209 and bnc#769397). The new version also provides the systemd integration, but is being removed as that this integration is currently still provided by the systemd package itself. It would be good if we could still have this in 12.2

This submit fixes the wrong license file in the branding-opensuse. It would be great if this update for plymouth could still be included in M3. It has two major changes: The first change is that we now have text support in the initrd and we are able to send messages to users when required (e.g. when asking for password, etc. The second one is that the package now contains an openSUSE theme that fits better with the 12.2 artwork.
