- Use %autosetup macro. Allows to eliminate the usage of deprecated
%patchN.

- Update to pmdk-convert v1.7 (jsc#SLE-9886)
- Adds support for PMDK 1.7.
- Add cmake_hash.patch because binary file are dropped to avoid ClamAV warnings, pre downloaded
