Accepting request 776235 from home:jsegitz:branches:Base:System
- Change the package version to match %suse_version. The current
versioning was obviously based on this at one time. Dropping date
and git commit information since it's meaningless.
- Removed author information from the description
- Removed conditional Requires: for libmozjs185-1_0 for old
distributions

use a more complex version number in service file:
- fixed version prefix prevents troubles with different codestreams
- git hash prevents troubles with changes that happened during the same day
