* Restore secure permissions in build environment (bsc#1159963)
  * Handle default being easy
  * Various speedups around invoking rpm
  * change cross build detection logic to be more robust
  * kill useless use of cat awards
  * keep package that provides /usr/bin/sh
  * support cross builds
  * final name is glibc-usrmerge-bootstrap-helper
  * Don't deinstall any pam_unix variant
- change service file from disabled to manual
